What digital files will I receive?
You will receive all RAW sorted photos and graded images on a USB drive, along with all final edited files delivered within the agreed time frame.
How will the digital files be delivered?
The files will be provided on a USB drive. Additionally, if you require, we offer a Google Drive cloud backup of all files, accessible for up to 5 months.
Can I get the files on any other storage device?
Yes! If you prefer, you can purchase a high-capacity SSD or hard disk drive for your files instead of the standard USB.
How long is the cloud backup available?
The Google Drive cloud backup is available for 5 months from the date of delivery. After that, it will be removed to free up space.
What if I lose my USB or hard disk?
As long as your cloud backup period is active (5 months), you can re-download your files from Google Drive. After that, we recommend keeping your physical storage device safe.Once all deliveries are completed, we may delete the files from our end. We strongly recommend backing up your photos and videos on your personal storage to avoid any loss.
